PBI UPU STUDENTS DO INTERNATIONAL REAL WORK STUDIES (KKN)

Another proud achievement came from the English Language Education Study Program at Potential Main University (PBI UPU). One of the students, Intan Chaerani, participated in the International Real Work Lecture (KKN) program which was held at the Indonesian School Guidance Studio Kuala Lumpur (SIKL) Malaysia from 18 May 2026 to 13 June 2026.

Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Education (FISK) UPU, Dr. Ashari P Swondo stated that "The participation of PBI students is an implementation of International Cooperation which was agreed upon by the Main Potential University together with the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia (KBRI) and the Indonesian School Kuala Lumpur Malaysia in August 2025." In the previous period, two students from the International Relations study program, Siti Vanissa Zahra and Wika Maretia, had also taken part in the KKN and International Internship program, he added.

Student participation in international activities is the first step for students to implement the knowledge they have acquired during their studies into a global context. Through this program, students are not only required to contribute significantly to society, but are also able to adapt to a diverse international environment.

Mrs. Enni also hopes that through this activity, students can bring the good name of their alma mater and continue to contribute actively in various academic and community service activities, both at the national and international levels.

This is also in line with efforts to achieve the scientific vision of the PBI study program, namely "By 2035, become a superior, professional and characterful English education study program in the field ofEnglish Language Teaching, Educational Linguistics, English for Specific Purposes dan Translationby integrating Information and Communication Technology," he added.
